Grey Bruce OPP have now located the owner of some cows that were found wandering on Grey Road 17 today.
OPP Constable Nick Wilson tells Bayshore Broadcasting News the cows stopped traffic for a time south of Lindenwood Road in Georgian Bluffs.
He says drivers notified the OPP.
Officers, with the help of local farmers managed to get the four cows off the road.
They were placed in an enclosure at a local farm until police could locate the cows’ owner.
Wilson says the owner saw the postings about the cows and has contacted Grey Bruce OPP.
