The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 230 new COVID-19 cases and 3 deaths.
The health unit is only providing one weekly COVID-19 case update now.
Deaths include a woman from Simcoe County between the ages of 65 and 79 and two men from Simcoe County over 79.
Today’s update also includes 5 new hospitalizations.
Currently, there are 14 people hospitalized with the virus in the region including 1 person in ICU.
Updates are now once a week on Tuesdays.
