A Tillsonburg man is facing a number of charges after an incident involving a stolen car from Toronto, and two parked cars.
A homeowner in Bracebridge called OPP around 2 o’clock on Saturday afternoon, when a car drove through their front yard and hit two vehicles. Officers found the vehicle was stolen from Toronto, and that the driver, 31-year-old James Tsanoff was never licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
Police say Tsanoff is charged with:
– Operation while impaired
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000
– Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle
– Obstruction of a Peace Officer
– Failure to Comply with a Probation Order
– Driving a vehicle with cannabis readily available
