A drug investigation has led to a search warrant in Midland.
The OPP says it was executed at an address on William Street on Tuesday night, when a quantity of cocaine and oxycontin was seized.
As a result of the investigation, police say Willard MARION, 51 years of Tiny Township was charged with the following offence contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:
· Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Cocaine
The accused was released on an Undertaking and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on July 21, 2022
At the scene, two additional people were arrested and processed for offences involving other active cases.
