Orillia OPP have released security footage of a driver and vehicle wanted in connection with a collision last month.
A large wooden crate fell from a pick up truck on May 12 on Highway 11 northbound near West Street.
A motorcycle hit the crate — and its operator was injured.
But the pick up truck did not stop.
