The County of Huron is looking to have more opportunities for youth engagement.
Several new initiatives are beginning for the region’s young people this year, including:
- High School Volunteer Credit
- High School Co-Op Placements
- Summer Employment
- University Internships
- The Summer Company (students receive up to $3000 as well as the mentorship required to start their own business and become entrepreneurs)
