Huron County OPP say they are looking for suspects involved in a break and enter in Wroxeter.
OPP say around 4:30 a.m. on May 26, officers responded to a residence on Harriston Road after the owner interrupted a break-in at their garage.
Police say the owner happened to be in the garage at the time and went to check on things when some suspicious noises were heard inside. Two suspects were spotted and one of them brandished a weapon demanding keys to a vehicle parked outside.
Police say the suspects were unsuccessful in their bid to get the keys to their desired vehicle and quickly took off to a nearby get away vehicle.
Members from the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine and Forensic Identification Services then later attended the scene to help with the investigation.
Police describe the suspects as one being a taller male and wearing a black ski mask, a black loose-fitting jacket and black pants. The other suspect is described as having a small build, wearing a green jacket and a black ski mask.
OPP say the get away vehicle is described as a smaller car.
Police are requesting anyone with information on the incident to contact the Huron OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
