A tractor and heavy equipment business in Grey County has been sold.
Robert’s Farm Equipment is buying Earth Power Tractors & Equipment.
Speaking to Bayshore Broadcasting, Brian Osterndorff the President and General Manager of Robert’s Farm Equipment says the deal will be finalized on July 1.
Earth Power has locations in Owen Sound and Meaford.
Osterndorff says the Stayner location of Earth Power is not part of the acquisition.
All Earth Power employees have been guaranteed gainful employment with Robert’s Farm Equipment.
Meanwhile, all the locations will remain as they are, apart from a new name and branding which will happen in July.
Osterndorff went on to say all new and existing customers can expect the same high level of service and support, but with a wider range of product offerings and available resources.
