Barrie police have made a third arrest in a kidnapping incident.
Police say a 26 year-old man was abducted on April 17 from Commerce Park Drive parking lot.
Investigators say he was assaulted and threatened over a period of time and sustained non life-threatening injuries.
Police arrested two men from Mississauga in late April– and Monday detectives arrested a Toronto man.
Police say this was a targeted incident and at no time was there ever a threat to public safety.
