Who would throw firecrackers at pedestrians?
That’s what Orillia OPP is trying to determine, after two separate incidents on Mississauga Street East.
Police say between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 am on Friday, a man operating an electric scooter ignited fireworks behind two separate persons as he passed them between West and Front Streets
The suspect has been described as a white man in his 60’s with a long grey beard down to his chest.
He was wearing a black Baseball hat with flames, black sunglasses and a grey sweater, while the scooters was red/orange in colour
