It took a few weeks, but Southern Georgian Bay OPP have arrested a suspect in connection with a couple of incidents in which a motorcycle failed to stop for police.
The bike took off on two occasions. Once on Old Fort Road in Tay Township on April 24, and again about a week later on Highway 93 in Wyebridge.
But on May 2, an officer noticed the bike parked at a convenience store on William Street in Midland.
The driver was arrested, and police found a quantity of drugs and an edged weapon.
The motorbike was seized and a 28-year-old man from Tay Township faces several charges.
