The Owen Sound Attack will host the Flint Firebirds in Game 6 of their Ontario Hockey League Western Conference Quarterfinal on Tuesday night at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore Community Centre.
The Firebirds lead the best of 7; 3 games to 2 after scoring a convincing 5-1 victory in Game 5 Sunday at Flint.
Attack General Manager Dale DeGray believes the Firebirds have received good performances from their seasoned players and that’s been the biggest difference in the series to this point.
Along with hoping for upgraded performances from his squad, DeGray expressed his desire to see a large contingent of Attack fans on hand for Game 6.
DeGray spoke to Fred Wallace in advance of Game 6.
DeGray says the fans at Game 3 & 4 if the series in Owen Sound were terrific in terms of vocal support, but he’d just like to see more people in attendance for Game 6.
Game time Tuesday is 7 pm at the JD McArthur Arena
