A Penetanguishene man faces an impaired driving charge after his truck went into a ditch.
It happened on the 4th Concession of Tiny Township around 7:30 pm yesterday (Wed).
OPP attended the scene and assisted in removing the 64-year-old from his vehicle when they say he showed signs he’d been drinking.
He was charged with Over 80 and had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days.
The vehicle was also towed and impounded.
He’ll appear in court at a later date to face the charge.
