Collingwood OPP has laid impaired driving charges after a Blue Mountains man blew four times the legal limit during breathalyzer tests.
Wednesday police responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver near Blue Mountain Resort.
When officers located the vehicle the driver was arrested and taken back to the detachment for further tests, which police say showed he had over four times the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
The 49-year-old was charged with impaired driving and Over 80.
He was issued a 90-day driver’s license suspension and his vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
He’s scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court on April 28th
