A senior from Kirkfield whose licence was suspended in 1982 has charged by Orillia OPP.
Police say on April 9 , an officer stopped a pick-up truck in the Brechin due to safety concerns for the vehicle.
Upon speaking with the driver, police learned that he was a suspended driver since 1982.
As a result of the investigation an 82-year-old male from Kirkfield was charged with driving an unsafe motor vehicle, and driving while under suspension. His vehicle was subsequently seized and towed.
