Two people face impaired driving and other charges after calls from concerned members of the public.
In the first incident, which happened Wednesday just after 11 am, police responded to reports of crashes at Eighth and Hugel Streets and Eighth and Young in Midland.
They caught up with the suspect vehicle on Norene Street and charged a 30-year-old Midland man with impaired driving, dangerous driving, and failure to remain.
At 11:09 pm the same day, police responded to another crash at Highway 12 and Talbot Street in Tay Twp. and charged a 30-year-old Tay resident with impaired driving and Over 80.
Both accused are scheduled to appear in court on April 14th to face the charges.
