We experienced a late winter storm and now we’re getting another early taste of spring.
The forecast is calling for double digit temperatures today, but a Special Weather Statement is in effect for the entire region, as a cold front moves through this afternoon, bringing wind gusts up to 80km/hr.
Power outages are possible before the temperature dips back to the freezing mark tonight and stays there tomorrow.
However, more seasonal weather is expected for the weekend with highs around 6 or 7 degrees Celsius.
