Collingwood’s General and Marine Hospital has refreshed its Strategic Plan which will guide the hospital’s decision making until the end of 2024. The process involved consulting with about 700 internal and external stakeholders.
The hospital will hold a series of virtual presentations to area councils over the next few weeks to explain the refreshed goals to the community.
The hospital says the feedback process validated the four strategic pillars of Patient Experience, Our People, Innovation and Partnerships remained strong, and with refreshed goals to work towards, the plan strongly resonated with hospital and community stakeholders.
CGMH will be conducting a series of virtual deputations over the next few weeks to better explain the refreshed goals to the community. You can tune into these live deputations to Council on the municipalities websites or watch a recording following the events. Deputations will occur during the municipal meetings:
Thursday, March 24: Town of Wasaga Beach at 2:00 p.m.
Monday, March 28: Town of the Blue Mountains at 9:00 a.m.
Monday, March 28: Town of Collingwood at 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 6: Grey Highlands at 1:00 p.m.
