Grey Bruce OPP say a disturbance call in Northern Bruce Peninsula has led to charges.
Police say they responded to a 911 call on March 4th at about 8 p.m., and arrived on scene where they say officers determined an altercation had occurred.
OPP say an individual from the residence was placed under arrest and transported to a Grey Bruce OPP Detachment.
Police have charged a 71 year old woman from Milton with two counts of assault with a weapon.
Police did not name the woman, but say she was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
