Collingwood General and Marine Hospital has partnered with a couple of local artists to help create enhanced therapeutic spaces for mental health patients.
The hospital has two safe rooms which have been updated with murals which depict a more calming environment, contributing to feelings of safety and self-regulation.
The project was supported by the CGMH Foundations’ Giving Circle, an inclusive group of like-minded women in support of the CGMH Foundation.
