Police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed a fatal crash, south of Hensall.
First responders were called to a section of Highway 4 on Tuesday, after reports two sedans collided head-on.
One driver was pronounced dead at the scene, identified as 27 year old Jacob McDougall of Hensall.
An 82 year old Exeter woman, Greta Zwann, was later pronounced dead in hospital.
OPP are looking for anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
