Kempenfest will return to Barrie’s waterfront this summer.
The popular summer event has been cancelled for two years in a row due to the pandemic.
The Kempenfest committee posted on FB yesterday that the festival will be back with vendors, exhibitors, performers, and the midway from July 29 to Aug. 1.
