Tonight is the Owen Sound Little Theatre’s first performance of A Red Plaid Shirt.
It will run this weekend and next (17th-19th and 23rd-26th)
It’s a Canadian comedy by Michael Wilmot about life after retirement. A write up on the Roxy Theatre’s box office page says it’s about two retired who friends attempt to fill a void left in their lives after retirement, and one takes an adventurous approach, while the other becomes a hypochondriac. It’s described as a “A funny and touching play about life after retirement that is sure to have you laughing all night long.”
The show starts at 7:30 Thursday and Friday nights with a matinee on Saturday this week. Next week it runs Wednesday to Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
