Registration has opened for Clearview’s first ever 3 on 3 Spring Fever Youth Hockey Tournament.
The Inaugural tournament will take place from April 1st to the 3rd, 2022 at both the Stayner and Creemore Arenas.
There will be six divisions in total, open for youth ages under 9 to under 14. Teams will be made up of a minimum of seven and a maximum of 10 players per team, including the goaltender.
The tournament guarantees four games and promises $5,000 in prizes, trophies and draws, and a great opportunity to play fast-paced hockey with your peers. Admission to watch the tournament will be free all weekend long.
Terry Vachon, General Manager Parks, Culture & Recreation is excited, “We are extremely excited to finally host our first ever 3 on 3 youth hockey tournament. We’re hoping to attract a maximum of 56 teams for the three-day event. All registered participants will be entered into a complimentary draw for 16 authentic NHL jerseys, and we will have an incredible prize table including trophies for game, tournament, finals, and most valuable players. All finalists will receive an impressive 4-inch medal.”
Registration is on a first-come, first-paid basis with a maximum of 6 teams per division.
