An arrest has been made in connection with a robbery in Port McNicoll.
The OPP says a break-in and theft occurred on Calvert Street on Friday, and the investigation led to the identification of a suspect.
Police say Derek ARTHURS 45 years of Port McNicoll, Tay Township is charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
- Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
- Theft Under $5000
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
The accused was held for a virtual bail hearing and released from custody to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
