South Bruce OPP say they have arrested a person after a school in Walkerton received a threat this morning.
Police say they were notified of the threat made towards an unspecified school at 8:55 a.m. Monday.
OPP say there was an increased police presence in the area while the investigation was in its early stages. The school was in lockdown for a time.
They say they have taken an individual into custody and that there is no threat to public safety.
Police did not release any information about the person who was arrested.
