A suspect was found inside a business, after OPP were called to a break and enter in Goderich.
Police say they responded to a security alarm activation at a business in Bayfield Road January 30th, and found the accused in the storage area.
According to reports, the suspect resisted arrest before taken into custody, where a search found him to be in possession of stolen property.
A 31 year old Goderich man is facing eight charges, including:
- Break, Enter a Place with Intent to Commit Indictable Offence
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
- Resist Peace Officer
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order – 5 counts
