Saugeen Shores councillors will receive a report on the latest amendments to the proposed Cedar Crescent Village development in Port Elgin tonight.
The report will be presented at tonight’s Committee of the Whole meeting which starts at 6:30 tonight. That will be followed by a regular council meeting.
You can watch online on the Town’s You Tube channel and you can view the report in the agenda which is posted online.
The proposed development was initially located closer to the harbour wall, but would now be set back, further away from the water at the corner of Elgin and Harbour Streets.
It would include a restaurant, market space, retail spaces including an ice cream shop and an outdoor pavilion.
