A 44-year-old Wasaga Beach resident has been charged with sexual assault.
OPP responded to a call about a disturbance at a Wasaga Beach residence in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day, January 1st.
As a result of the investigation, police say Jorge Jimenez was charged with Sexual Assault.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in Collingwood court on February 15th, 2022.
