Grey Bruce OPP say four people suffered injuries considered life-threatening in a serious crash between a pickup truck and a buggy in Grey Highlands yesterday afternoon.
Police, Dundalk firefighters and Grey County EMS responded to the incident on Grey Road 2 around 3:40 p.m. Thursday.
According to police, five people were transported to local area hospitals. Grey Bruce OPP say four occupants are said to have life threatening injuries, three of them were airlifted from the scene by Ornge.
Grey Bruce OPP are conducting the investigation with the assistance of the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team (TIME), and the Ministry of Labour.
Grey Road 2 was closed for several hours between Centre Line A and the Third Concession to allow for emergency crews process the scene.
Police say more updates will be released as they become available.
