COVID-19 has been confirmed at an elementary school in Goderich
The Huron Perth Catholic District School Board says a single case was confirmed at St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary.
According to the HPCDSB, one class was closed as a result of the case, but no outbreak has been declared, and the school remains open.
The last cases of the novel coronavirus to be reported in Huron County were in mid-November, at Seaforth Public School, and Clinton Public School.
In the HPCDSB, the last case of COVID-19 was in September at St. Columban Catholic Elementary School.
