Three people have been charged, following a home invasion in Seaforth.
Police say a victim attended the OPP office in Seaforth on Saturday, to report a home invasion that took place at a residence on Main Street.
According to reports, three people forced their way inside the home and proceeded to assault the victim and a friend before stealing cash.
Investigators were reportedly able to identify the suspects, who were all arrested and taken into custody.
A trio from Hensall is facing charges of:
- Break, Enter Dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence
- Unlawfully in Dwelling House
- Robbery with Violence
- Forcible Confinement
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Assault Cause Bodily Harm – Choke
- Overcome Resistance by Attempting to Choke Another Person
OPP say all three accused remain in custody with upcoming court dates.
