The City of Orillia is hosting a virtual open house Dec. 1 from 6 p.m – 8 p.m to provide information about expanding the city’s boundaries.

The process is part of provincial regulations which require the city to examine whether it has enough land to handle growth for the next 30 years.
Forecasts indicate the city’s population will grow to 49,000 within that time.
