South Bruce OPP says one of the drivers involved in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 9 is found to have been drinking alcohol.
On Nov. 26 around 7:30 p.m., police say they were joined by the Mildmay-Carrick Fire Department and Bruce County EMS to a report of a collision on the highway in Carrick Township.
As a result of the collision, two people were brought to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The 35-year-old accused from Brockton was charged with impaired driving and operating with over 80 milligrams.
The accused was given a court date for January and was issued a 90 day license suspension as well as a seven day vehicle impoundment.
