OPP has charged a third person in relation to the ongoing found human remains case in Huntsville.
The remains were discovered near Gryffin Lodge Road Sunday.
OPP say yesterday, 37 yr old Matthew Sturgess of Huntsville, was arrested in relation to the investigation and charged with:
· Accessory After the Fact for the offence of Indignity to Human Remains
· Failure to Comply with an Undertaking
He appeared in Huntsville court today and was remanded into custody.
Two other people from Huntsville have been arrested in connection with this investigation and both remain in custody.
The Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OFPS) is still attempting to determine the identity of the deceased person.
