It’s time for the clocks to fall back this weekend.
Standard Time returns at 2am on Sunday, so you should put your clocks back one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.
While the time on your electronic devices will probably reset automatically, some clocks in your home and vehicles will need to be turned back by hand.
Days will also continue to get shorter and darkness will arrive a lot earlier until the winter solstice starts on Dec. 22.
The practice of Daylight Saving Time began in 1975 as a way to save energy and take advantage of natural daylight.
It will return on March 13, 2022.
This is also the bi-annual reminder to check the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
