Pumpkin-Palooza returns to Springwater this weekend.
The event by the Springwater-Vespra Lions Club is scheduled for Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. at the intersection of Pooles Road and Old Second South in Midhurst.
That’s when you can catapult and obliterate your pumpkins, with a brand new catapult donated and made by Brian Smith of Barrie Welding.
Organizers say this year’s Pumpkin-Palooza will be on a smaller scale than previous years, but there will be fun outdoor activities and a yummy bake table with pumpkin themed treats.
Just bring your pumpkin, your family and a donation for admission.
