A Perry Township resident is facing impaired driving charges in Burk’s Falls.
Last Thursday at 8 pm OPP received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver on Ontario Street.
Police found the vehicle in question and determined alcohol had been consumed by its driver.
A 58-year-old from Perry Township resident was charged with impaired driving and Over 80.
The vehicle was impounded for seven days and their driver’s license was also suspended.
The accused has a court date scheduled for December 9th in Sundridge.
