Bracebridge OPP is currently investigating a sudden death that occurred in the area of York Street in Bracebridge.
Today shortly after 9:30 am, police along with Muskoka EMS attended an address near York Street involving a sudden death, which has been deemed non-suspicious.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
The Bracebridge Crime Unit and Forensic Identification with the assistance of the Chief Coroner’s office are continuing the investigation.
The identity of the deceased is not being released.
York Street and the surrounding area were reopened by police late this afternoon.
The investigation continues.
