Extras are needed for a short movie being filmed in Stayner this weekend.
The producers are seeking locals to volunteer as background performers in a short scene similar to the Jonestown massacre of 1978, but without any gore or distinct violence.
Food will be provided, COVID-19 testing will be mandatory and conducted upon arrival on Saturday, November 6th.
The scene will take place outdoors, and talent must be willing to lay in a field for some extended periods of time.
The film is scheduled to premiere on CBC Gem.
