A national standard for proof of vaccination is being launched so Canadians can travel both nationally and internationally.
That from PM Justin Trudeau today who said all provinces and territories are now on board with the new standard.
“You can download it onto your phone, you can print it out, you can ask for a copy by mail if you don’t have those capacities – but you are now able to show proof of vaccination immediately in all those provinces and all other provinces have agreed and are working hard to come online,” he said.

Trudeau says as Canadian look to start traveling again they will have the standard working for them and the Federal government will pay for it.
The new system is also said to be tamper-proof.
