Barrie Police have announced on Twitter this morning that Jason Aldana was located at an Essa Rd. hotel after his picture was recognized on social media by a keen eyed employee.
Police say he is now being transported to a local hospital.

An extensive ground search is taking place today for a missing Barrie man.
Police say 24-year old Joshua Aldana was last seen at 8 o’clock last night at his home on Sandringham Road and there are concerns for his well-being.
They are asking the public to call 9-1-1 immediately if he’s spotted. .
A Command Post has been set up the Water Filtration Plant on Big Bay Point, where police have utilized members of the Emergency Support Unit, K9, Remote Piloted Aircraft System, Utility Task Vehicle (side by side) and a Search Master.
Police say Joshua may be driving a 2007 BMW 328i white, licence BNWW674 with black aluminum front rims & steel winter rims on the rear.
