A vehicle has been removed from the harbour in Tobermory.
Photos on social media show the black vehicle completely submerged after going down the boat launch ramp at Little Tub Harbour.
A response to Bayshore Broadcasting News from Grey Bruce OPP says the driving mistake was weather and lighting related and that the elderly driver was having issues with reduced visibility.
Police say there were no injuries, and that more information may be released Monday.
This is not the first time in recent years that someone has driven into the harbour.
Back in May of 2016, a 23 year old Kitchener woman was following her GPS when she made a wrong turn on a foggy, rainy night and ended up under the water. She was able to roll down her window and swim through the chilly water to safety. Her car was extratced the following morning.
