There have been no injuries reported after a fire broke out in a mechanical room on the 5th floor of Barrie’s Royal Victoria Regional Health Center.
Crews were working on equipment when the fire broke out on Friday.
There are no patients on that floor, but some water leaked down to the floor below so several patients had to be moved.
Hospital officials say the clean up and damage assessment is underway.
