Say goodbye to the old play structure and Sunset Point Park.

The Town of Collingwood’s Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department is going to start removing the existing playground equipment today.

The current playground, known as EnviroPark, was constructed in 1993 and needed replacement, so as soon as the old one is gone, construction will begin on the new one.

The Town of Collingwood’s Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department has been working on completing a new playground facility at Sunset Point Park.
