Two G-2 drivers are facing charges, after the OPP conducted speed enforcement in Bracebridge.
Police say a vehicle was clocked at 152 km/hr in a 100 zone on Highway 11 on Saturday night, when a 19 year old man from Mulmur was arrested.
During this time, another Bracebridge OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Muskoka Road 169 in Muskoka Lakes for travelling at 154 km/hr in a posted 80 km/hr zone, resulting in the arrest of another young driver.
Both G2 drivers were charged for speeding and racing a motor vehicle at an excessive speed.
Their driver’s licenses were also suspended for 90 days and their vehicles were impounded for the next two weeks.
