Kids ages 12 and up in Huron and Perth counties will soon need proof of COVID-19 vaccination to for recreation facilities.
Huron Perth Public Health says the decision was made, due to the virus’ ability to spread more easily during sports and fitness activities.
The requirement for proof of vaccine for kids 12 and up in sports comes into effect October 31st.
The announcement from Huron Perth Public Health was made in partnership with the Middlesex-London Health Unit and Southwestern Public Health.
