The first draft of Wasaga Beach’s 2022 budget will be presented to the Committee of the Whole this morning.
It provides a preliminary overview of the Budget, and includes a proposed tax rate increase of 2.15%.
The largest single capital project the Town will be undertaking will be the construction of the Twin Pad Arena and Library (TPAL).
However, there are other major project works associated with the development of the Beachfront, and the Sunnidale Development, along with Parks maintenance for playgrounds.
Budget deliberations will follow at the next meeting scheduled for October 21st.
