The OPP are looking for a dark grey chevy sedan and its male driver after a crash in the Midland area.
An officer tried to stop an erratic driver along Highway 12 at Jones Road Thursday morning.
The vehicle took off, blowing through a couple of red lights and weaving into oncoming traffic.
Police say the chase was discontinued for safety reasons, but soon after the vehicle collided with another car on Highway 12 at Triple Bay Road. The suspect vehicle was last seen turning north onto Sturgeon Bay Rd.
The vehicle had an emergency spare tire on the front right wheel and there is damage to the front end and passenger side of the vehicle.
Investigators are interested in speaking with anyone who may have information about this incident specifically the identity of the involved driver, including any dash cam footage taken on Highway 12 from Jones Road to Sturgeon Bay Road between 8:10 and 8:30 a.m.
