Two people from Midland face charges, after a car fled the OPP near Hillsdale Tuesday evening.
Huronia West OPP say officers tried to pull over a vehicle for a traffic complaint in the area of Highways 400 and 93. The vehicle, with two occupants inside, took off and police did not pursue it.
A few minutes later officers came across the vehicle in a ditch in Oro-Medonte.
A police canine unit found both occupants hiding in the woods.
A 32 year old Midland man faces numerous charges.
His female passenger was wanted by Barrie Police on an outstanding warrant and was also taken into custody.
